What's in it
- 6 Onions
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 5 Sprigs of Thyme
- 5 Bay Leaves
- 100g Butter
- 25ml Sherry
- 100ml Red Wine
- 1.5L Beef Stock
What to do
- Sweat Onions in butter Garlic, thyme, and bay until caramalized.
- Season.
