Mushroom Soup

Tastes really good despite how it looks in the picture, I promise. 🍄
What's in it
- 200g mushrooms
- 1 large onion, diced
- 5g ginger, peeled and sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 15g dijon mustard
- 50ml sake
- 25ml shaoxing wine
- 25ml rice vinegar
- 500ml stock
- 150ml milk
What to do
- Cook, blend, make soup. I strain mine for this really nice cream of mush.
