Anchovy Vinaigrette

Notes
What's in it
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 can anchovy fillets
  • 1 lemon, juice + zest
  • 500ml oil
  • 500ml rice vinegar
  • 100ml corn syrup
  • 15g dijon mustard
  • 15ml white wine vinegar
  • 8 garlic cloves
What to do
  • combine everything except oil into and blender and blend until nice and smooth.
  • while blending, slowly pour in oil until completely emulsified
