Anchovy Vinaigrette
What's in it
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 can anchovy fillets
- 1 lemon, juice + zest
- 500ml oil
- 500ml rice vinegar
- 100ml corn syrup
- 15g dijon mustard
- 15ml white wine vinegar
- 8 garlic cloves
What to do
- combine everything except oil into and blender and blend until nice and smooth.
- while blending, slowly pour in oil until completely emulsified
