What's in it
- 1 egg yolk
- 15g dijon
- 15ml acid
- 5g salt
- 5g sugar
- 5ml hot sauce
- 250ml oil
What to do
- Everything except the oil in a bowl, whisk together.
- Whisking like a mad man slowly pour the oil in.
- Keep whisking until you die.
