BBQ Sauce
Notes
Great as a base or as is.
What's in it
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 2 tbsps Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsps Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar (cider, red wine, whatever you like)
- 1/4 tsp Dijon Mustard
- pinch Salt and Pepper
- dash of Hot Sauce
What to do
- Mix everything together in a sauce pan.
- Bring mixture to a boil on medium heat, turn heat down and let simmer for a couple of minutes, stirring here and there.
- Cook until desired consistency.
