Caesar Salad Dressing
Notes
The dressing will keep for about a week in the fridge. If the dressing is a too thick, add in a splash of each liquid and go from there.
What's in it
- 1 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tbsp of Worcestershire
- 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp salt and pepper (each)
- 2 Anchovy fillets
- 1 Egg Yolks
- 1/2 Cup of Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
What to do
- Combine everything in a blender and mix until nice and smooth.
