Caramel Sauce

Notes

If you have a bowl of ice water, you can dunk the bottom of your pot in that to stop cooking the sugar if it gets away on you.

What's in it
  • 200g white sugar
  • 250ml cream
  • 15ml vanilla
What to do
  • Start caramalizing your sugar, while doing that slowly get your cream hot.
  • When sugar has completely disolved into a liquid and golden brown remove from heat and pour in warm cream.
  • It will react and can be messy, be cool.
  • When it's done freaking out, place back on med heat and keep stiring until the sugar has remelted and everything comes together and smooth.
  • Done.
