What's in it
- 75g cream
- 85g sugar
- 35g cocoa powder
- 5g cornstarch
- 120g water
What to do
- Combine everything except water in a pot and whisk until smooth, add in water, whisk, then bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
