What's in it
- 4 oranges, juiced
- 8 limes, juiced
- 4 jalapenos, seeded
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 bunches cilantro
- 350ml oil
- 45g sugar
- 10g salt
What to do
- combine everything except oil in a blender and blend well.
- slowly pour in oil while blending until emulsified.
