What's in it
- 400g ap flour
- 180ml warm liquid
- 6g dry active yeast
- 1 egg
- 20g sugar
- 25g butter or oil
What to do
- Combine yeast, sugar, and liquid in a container and let the yeast bloom.
- Combine everything in a mixing bowl and knead with a dough hook.
