Sourdough discard sandwich loaf

Notes
What's in it
  • 250g water
  • 20g sugar
  • 7g yeast
  • 100g starter discard
  • 500g flour
  • 60g fat
  • 10g salt
What to do
  • In mixing bowl add in water, sugar, then your yeast. let it sit and bloom for 10 mins.
  • Next add in your starter discard and flour, start to mix, dough will become shaggy.
  • add in fat and salt, then mix until dough is smooth.
  • Let sit until doubles in size.
  • shape and place into a loaf tin.
  • let rise then bake at 350F for 30ish mins.
