Sourdough discard sandwich loaf
What's in it
- 250g water
- 20g sugar
- 7g yeast
- 100g starter discard
- 500g flour
- 60g fat
- 10g salt
What to do
- In mixing bowl add in water, sugar, then your yeast. let it sit and bloom for 10 mins.
- Next add in your starter discard and flour, start to mix, dough will become shaggy.
- add in fat and salt, then mix until dough is smooth.
- Let sit until doubles in size.
- shape and place into a loaf tin.
- let rise then bake at 350F for 30ish mins.
