What's in it
- 300g ap flour
- pinch of salt
- 12g dry active yeast
- 32g white sugar
- 200g warm water (94F - 100F)
What to do
- Combine yeast, sugar, and water in a container and let the yeast bloom.
- Combine everything in a mixing bowl and knead with a dough hook.
