Dairy free chocolate cake
Notes
Not a lot of rise, nice semi chewy chocolate cake base
What's in it
- 200g flour
- 185g sugar
- 30g cocoa
- 1 tsp baking soda
- pinch salt
- 5ml apple cider vinegar
- 5ml vanilla
- 80ml oil
- 230ml water
What to do
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Whisk together flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda, and salt
- Make 3 wells in the dry mix, 1 large for the oil, 1 small for the vanilla, and 1 small for the vinegar
- Pour water on top and whisk all ingredients together
- Bake for 40 mins
