What's in it
  • 250ml cream
  • 38g sugar
  • 2 yolks
  • 5ml vanilla
What to do
  • Bring cream and sugar to 60C-70C then pour into egg yolks whisking constantly to temper the mix.
  • add in vanilla.
  • water bath in oven, 300F for 50 mins
