Notes
You can make chocolate tarts if you substitute 20g of flour for cocoa powder
What's in it
- 100g butter
- 70g icing sugar
- pinch salt
- 50g egg yolk only
- 200g flour
What to do
- combine butter, icing sugar, and salt then beat for 2 minutes
- add in yout yolks, beat for 1 min
- flour, low speed, mix until compltely combined
- lift and squeze into a disc, then flatten between two silicon mats.
